The toilet has a bad smell. It's a 50 floor building and four lifts are not enough to serve the peak period. For the price I booked the residence for 2 bedrooms for 2 nights, I can easily book 4 star hotels in KL for the same and comes with breakfast. Funny house rules and penalties. Swimming pool maximum 12 people? Rubbish left outside penalized deposit... etc. The only thing I'm happy about was the kl PETRONAS tower view from my room.

The room is decent sized with basic utensils. Location wise is about 15 minutes walk to Suria KLCC.
Issued 3 assess cards - carpark, lift and room which is not very convenient and bulky.
Swimming pool was under maintenance and repair.

Clean room with good amenities and toiletries provided. Utensils and cooking equipment provided in the room. Washing machine has a drying function making it convenient to wash and dry clothes.

The hotel service is warm, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a prime location, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the room price is also very affordable, and the cost performance is high! Not only did I get a comfortable and pleasant stay experience, but also the fireworks of the world. This is my evaluation of this hotel, awesome!

I had a delightful stay at this service residence! The location is excellent, close to many attractions and dining options, making it easy to explore the city. The unit was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat. I especially loved the luxurious bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a tip: remember to bring your own bath bombs for a truly indulgent experience!

Spend one day leave at the Kuala Lumpur city. Walk around the city and taste the food with my parents. Waking distance to the Twin Tower. And there is a link bridge to walk until Bukit Bintang area, only take about 15 to 20 minutes to Pavilion from the Suria KLCC mall. Night time was hangout with my friends to the club and enjoyed the night life in KL. Best of the best!!!
