We booked a Superior King room and was upgraded to a Premiere King room that is much bigger. The hotel smells so good. I noticed there was only 1 receptionist in the front office so waiting is expected when checking in and out. The room is basic but it really is spacious. It’s too big for the rate we paid for. The TV is just an LCD TV, not smart. Beddings seem old but they smell good. No bath robes. No slippers. No coffee / tea / sugar but there’s an electric kettle in the room and free water in the hallway. Water pressure is good. Bathroom fixtures seem new. There’s bidet and free toiletries. Only 2 bath towels were provided. Our upgraded room is generous with furnitures. Good internet signal in the room. We’ll certainly go back to this hotel. Take note that there’s a ₱2,000 security deposit upon check in and parking slots are limited. Hotel is walking distance from famous binondo restaurants so if you’re planning for a food trip in binondo, this hotel is my best bet. All hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. We love this hotel.

Thank you Trip.com for giving me an opportunity to try Swiss-Belhotel Blulane. I got the room for a promotional price and I could never be so happy with my stay.
I was upgraded to a Deluxe King and the room is huge. I was able to visit Binondo and Intramuros and have a blast.

We stayed for two nights. The room size was adequate for us. The bathroom was new and very clean. Drinking water was provides and we could refill anytime. It was very good value for the price we paid.

It was a good experience. Location is in the heart if Manila but the hotel itself is fancy. Big rooms and comfort rooms.

Had an amazing stay at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane. Since I am not usually in Manila, I found it a little hard to find but it's okay though—the most important thing is that I arrived there safe. And upon arrival, they greeted us and accommodated us. Although early check in is not available, they secured our things and sent as immediately a message when the room is already available. Overall, it was nice! Thank you so much!

As a wheelchair user, I find the hotel ♿. The front desk staff went out of her desk to hand in the check in form, which was very respectful. The guards are ready to assist . The room was spacious, clean and so comfortable. The toilet is spacious where wheelchair can move around. What's missing though are grab bars. Aircon is centralized and very cold. There's purified water available in every floor which is really useful not only for the guests but also to for the environment to minimize garbage from disposable bottles. it's really a good value for money. We always enjoy our stay in this hotel and we will surely come back again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is just near UST which is 20 mins walking distance. It is also near the Ongpin Street for the Binondo Foodtrip. One thing that just needs to improve is their elevator, it is very slow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay especially that we had a late checkout benefit.

This place is in Binondo, if you are planning to explore the different restaurants near the area, this is the perfect place. The room is nice. Clean. Maintained. The staffs are good. We did not avail the breakfast buffet but their kitchen opens at 6am and closed at 10pm. 24/7 reception.
Overall it was a good stay.
