The hotel room was very clean and good. The front desk provided excellent guest service. The hotel also allowed early check in. My parents really like this hotel. They have previously stayed at this hotel and gave it lots of praise for its quality room and exceptional guest service. The location is very good.

Great hotel, about a block from the blue line. Easy to get to. Had to quickly book a hotel since our other hotel was a dud.
Room was clean and comfortable. Washroom was modern.
Was able to communicate with the front desk in English.
No complaints on this hotel.

The hotel location is good, near Taipei station,
This room is newly renovated so looks new and modern, staff are very nice
The only downside is wifi signal sometines is off.
Overall is vey good stay and value for money
