The hotel room is big and spacious. The services of hospitality is good, the breakfast is with wide variety of food includes cold food like salad, fruits, nato, cheese as well as hot food like Japanese rice, noodle, porridge, miso soup etc. slight Western food like spaghetti and croissants are provided too. Chinese dim sum like mini Bao and sui Mai were provided. Overall this hotel is very value for money as the room rate, facility and breakfast is good

Great hotel! The area looked beautiful and had wondeeful amenities. They offer early pick up of baggage that will be delivered to your room which is a huge plus! However, the rooms themselves were old and very dated.The room has a nice view of the park but it seemed like a room from the 90s and hasn't been updated since. The air conditioning was also poor and despite the staff trying to assist, the room was still very warm. Location wise, it's near the station too to go to the theme parks. But eitherway, worth considering!

It was a great resort for families as it has a lot of facilities for children and it also has bag hotel rooms. We booked a room with 2 double bed and 2 single beds which fits all 6 of us. It was convenient as we traveled with 2 elderly people and 3 children.
It was just unfortunate that almost all the facilities in the hotel charge an extra fee. It costed about $30 usd to use the outdoor pool, it was quite expensive.

1 minute walk from Bayside, I preferred this far above the Okkura which is adjacent especially for families with a 2 and 5 yo. The indoor pool was properly heated up to 35 degrees and included a 0.5m kids paddle pool which was quite a good size. The breakfast included for the kids had popcorn and heaps of candy and fairy floss marshmallows in front of a TV showing snow white classics so they won't eat a proper breakfast unless they’re very disciplined…. The outdoor pool costs 5400jpy for adults and 3400 for 4-12year olds. See picture for prices of all the extras. With hindsight we didn’t t need the outdoor pool. Has on site convenience store and a Disney store too. Only downside is the room even in the park wing was very cramped.

Hotel is just in front of the train station. Breakfast is great and they have arcade station inside. Indoor playground for kids is great too especially when it was raining. The room is quite big but seems outdated.

Must have 'Once Upon a Time' been a great hotel but certainly way past it's best.
Service was brilliant though.
(Last 2 photos we dropped something from the bed but left it there in fear of the loose dodgy carpet and what seemed like electrical wires)

Bayside Station just across the main road, very easy to catch a monorail train to DisneySea just 1 stop ahead.
